1. Concepts
What the Payment tab configures
Settings > Payment configures the checkout experience customers see when paying an invoice through Zenskar’s hosted payment page: which payment methods are offered, whether a payment method is saved for future use, whether Stripe checkout shows an amount breakdown, and where a customer lands after attempting payment. Not gateway connections or payment instructions
This tab does not connect a payment gateway or processor, and it does not configure the bank details shown on invoices. Gateway connections are configured separately, under Integrations. Bank details shown on invoices are configured under Payment instructions.Available payment methods
A multi-select of payment methods offered at checkout: Card and Net Banking(US).Saving payment methods
A toggle that, when enabled, allows a customer’s payment method to be saved for future transactions.Amount breakdown on Stripe checkout
A toggle specific to Stripe checkout that shows an amount breakdown on the checkout page. This setting is stored separately from the other fields on this tab.Checkout redirect URLs
Three URLs control where a customer lands after attempting payment on the hosted checkout page: Success URL, Failure URL, and Payment Already Completed.2. How-to guides

Troubleshooting
- A payment method does not appear at checkout: confirm it is selected under Available Payment Methods on this tab.
- A customer is not redirected after paying: confirm the relevant checkout redirect URL is set. An empty field means no explicit redirect is configured for that outcome.
