A delivery log for every email Zenskar sends
Communications > Sent Emails is a read-only log of every email Zenskar has actually sent, whatever triggered it, whether that was Email Alerts, a manual send from Email Templates, or a campaign from Configurations. It exists to answer two practical questions: did a specific customer actually receive an email, and if something bounced or failed, what happened. The list shows one row per send, with columns for Customer, Email Template, Sender, Receiver, Sent At, and Status.Per-recipient breakdown
A single logical send can reach more than one address at once, for example when CC or BCC recipients are involved, or when a template is sent in bulk. Clicking a row opens a preview of the exact email that was sent, along with a breakdown table of every recipient on that send: their email, their individual status, a more-detail reason where relevant (for example a bounce reason), and when that status was last updated. This shows that most recipients succeeded while a specific address bounced, rather than only showing one status for the whole send.Attachments
If the sent email had a document attached, such as an invoice or a receipt, it can be downloaded two ways: from the attachment chip inside the row’s preview, or directly from the list without opening the preview, using Download Attachment in the row’s action menu.No resend action
There is no Resend action from this view today. To send the same content again, go back to the originating tab, Email Templates, Email Alerts, or Configurations, and trigger the send from there.2. How-to guides
Find out whether a specific email was delivered
- Go to Communications > Sent Emails.
- Filter by Customer, and narrow further with Status, Sender Email, Receiver Email, Subject, Sent At, or a Reference Job ID if one is available, until the send in question is found.
- Click the row to see the recipient breakdown table. Each recipient shows its own status and a More Details entry if the status is not a plain success.
Download an attachment from a sent email
- Find and open the send in Communications > Sent Emails.
- In the row’s preview, use the attachment download option to save the document that was sent, for example the invoice PDF.
